Graeme Finlayson (Director/Producer): Over 20 years ago Graeme started out his career as an actor and writer where he met Gary Klavans, before segueing into producing. Wanting more hands-on and on-set filmmaking experience, and with an eye on directing, Graeme began working as a first assistant director, where he worked with such talents as Bill Pullman, James Franco, Lacey Chabert, Paulo Costanzo and Karen Black.
Gary Klavans (Actor/Writer) attended Emerson College in Boston, MA., majoring in film, television, creative writing and theatre.
Gary moved to Los Angeles and immediately found work with Casting Director, Brien Scott. Gary met Graeme Finlayson in acting class and soon the two began writing together. Their first production was a collection of scenes that grew into a television pilot script. Moving to film, together they co-wrote, produced and starred in the independent feature “Crispy, Cracker’s & Beans”.
Gary’s other writing credits include The Syndicated television series “Rosarito Weekend” and the critically acclaimed stage play, “Happy Christmas Merry Chanukah”.
Gary continued his work as an actor as well, performing on stage as a member of Company of Angels repertory theatre company. He received several awards as an actor while continuing to develop his skills as an accomplished writer. Gary and Graeme teamed up again to produce “two short films in two short days”. The result was “Blame it on Nora” and “My Life… Welcome To It”. The success of “Two and Two” was followed by the award winning shorts “Diamond Confidential” and "Just Three Words"
Together Gary and Graeme continue working to produce a variety of quality films.
